BYOB Events uses a contact inquiry form to collect interest from future attendees, sponsors, talent, gamers, collaborators, and general contacts.
What the form collects
The inquiry form may collect name, email, inquiry role, interest source, event interest, sponsor budget range, brand or artist name, VRChat username, Discord or social handle, message, and consent preference.
How inquiries are stored
Form submissions are sent to Brevo, BYOB's contact-list provider, so BYOB can organize follow-up by attendee, sponsor, talent, gamer, collaborator, or general-interest category.
Consent and follow-up
Visitors may opt in to receive relevant BYOB updates. Direct operational replies may still be sent in response to an inquiry.
Before launch
BYOB should review this page with counsel and replace it with a complete privacy policy before public launch.
Any future analytics, ticketing, sponsor payment flow, or VRChat Ad Manager integration should update this policy before those features go live.
